Combined power and water plant, 900 MW of power and 880,000 m³ of desalinated water per day, using steam turbines for power generation, and a Multi-Stage Flash Distillation (MSF) for water desalination. Located in Shuaiba, Makkah Province. Developed under the IWPP model, the facility is currently being decommissioned. Offtakers are SWPC for water and SPPC for power. Contract ends in 2030.
