Combined power and water plant, Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plant (CCGT) for power generation, and Multi-Stage Flash Distillation (MSF) for water desalination. Located in Jubail, Eastern Province. Developed under the IWPP model, it is fully currently operational, delivering 2,744 MW of power and 800,000 m³ of desalinated water per day with SWPC and SPPC as offtakers.
